Project information desk Describe species, cultivar, growth stage, facility type, rack or greenhouse geometry, canopy dimensions, daylight contribution, target PPFD, photoperiod, DLI, spectral priorities, climate limits, controls, quantities, location, trial status, and decision date. State units and identify whether values are targets, tolerances, or measured conditions.
Lighting is one production input. Do not attribute yield, morphology, flowering, quality, or disease outcomes to light without documenting genetics, temperature, humidity, CO₂, irrigation, nutrition, density, plant handling, pests, measurement method, and experimental controls. A proposal can define a lighting condition; crop performance requires a properly designed trial and disciplined operation.

Hours Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:30 Eastern Time Data and trial files Use the first message for non-confidential routing details. Confirm the appropriate contact, secure transfer path, permissions, and nondisclosure terms before sending crop data, facility drawings, network diagrams, recipes, energy records, personal information, or unreleased results. Demo contact details should be verified before operational use.
Measurement details Identify the PAR meter or spectroradiometer, calibration date, measurement height, grid spacing, fixture warm-up time, dimming command, daylight condition, room climate, and whether readings represent a single point, spatial average, or uniformity calculation. State how DLI is derived and whether sensor data is corrected or filtered.
Controls and facility interfaces List the driver interface, zone count, gateway, supervisory platform, sensor inputs, climate-system handshakes, alarm destinations, user roles, energy constraints, manual override, and expected behavior during a network or power interruption. Connectivity by itself does not prove that a recipe is applied correctly.
